2. Service Description
CheckMyRent.nl provides an automated analysis service that evaluates rental properties in the Netherlands against the Woningwaarderingstelsel (WWS) housing point system. Our service:
- Analyzes rental contracts and/or property photos
- Calculates WWS points based on provided information
- Estimates legal maximum rent according to Dutch regulations
- Provides a detailed PDF report

Our service provides estimates and information for educational purposes only. This is NOT legal advice and should NOT be considered an official ruling.
For binding determinations regarding rental prices, you must contact the Huurcommissie (Dutch Rent Tribunal).
4. Accuracy and Limitations
While we strive for accuracy, our analysis:
- Depends on the quality and completeness of information provided
- Uses AI which may make errors in interpretation
- May not account for all specific circumstances
- Should be verified with official sources for legal proceedings
5. Payment Terms
Our service costs €15 per report (one-time payment). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. All sales are final. Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of technical failure.
6. Data Usage
By using our service, you grant us permission to:
- Process your uploaded documents using AI services
- Store analysis results for service delivery
- Use anonymized data to improve our service

7. Intellectual Property
The reports generated are for your personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
CheckMyRent.nl and its operators shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from:
- Inaccuracies in the analysis
- Decisions made based on our reports
- Technical issues or service interruptions
- Third-party services (Stripe, hosting providers, etc.)
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
